My left elbow hurt more today than it ever has. Every time I pressed and tried to rotate my elbows under the bar it felt like a large needle was being shoved into the joint and it was screaming at me. The two Tramadol I took didn't even put a dent in the pain so I may have to upgrade to Vicodin the next time I bench. I don't know what else I can do at this point to make it feel any better. I'm going to try some ART and massage therapy in hopes that may ease some of the pain, but I don't have much hope that it will.
Next week is a deload week and my elbow will get some much needed rest so that may help too.
