This would be my "on" week for training squats. Today I was biting at the bit to put some weight on my back. I decided to take it easy and hit below 800 pounds to depth with a light band. I felt real strong with each set and got really close to gear depth with 775. Its still a work in progress but im good with that and am happy with my progress thus far. This adventure from the operating room table back to the platform has been hard but it will be worth it....
