I wanted to test my lower back today. Its slowly getting better. I went the Chiropractor this week and got an adjustment and on Wednesday I did a ton of rehab. So far so good.
I only worked up to 600 pounds but damn, it felt heavy. Deadlift is the one lift that if I don't stay on top of it and do this lift frequently I loose what I gained. Now this is for me. Most people don't have this issue but I do. When my back heals up its back to full all out training for deadlift. 700 pounds is right around the corner waiting on me!
