This is my part of the training cycle to test my knee with some raw squats and "see" where I am currently. Its been several months since doing any type of real raw training and raw volume of any kind.
I only worked up today to 505 pounds. When I was done, I was done....
Nothing hurt anymore than things normally do. Weight felt light. Speed was good. I didn't hurt anything. All around good day.
