But it was not meant to be today....

My left hamstring (the one I tore a few years back) is rearing its ugly head in a bad way. After pulling early this week, my hamstring has been very sore and not feeling like I need to push it.

At this point with everything I have done, I am not going to chance it and possibly put myself down for a serious amount of time. Not now. No way....

I decided it was best to leave it alone. So I got some Body Buffering, Body Tempering and Percussion therapy in. I did train a little but just quads, calves and biceps (if you can believe that)!

I will evaluate this day to day and be smart....
