This is what I like to call Deload to Reload week. All of my team really really enjoys this week because it gives them a mental and physical break from our everyday grind. Primarily this week is a rehab, rest, eat and have allot of sex LOL. Now, how can that not sound like a great week? In all seriousness this really helps our group of 40 and up lifters recover and give their old body a break and really get prepared for the nuts and bolts of what is getting ready to go on in our second part of the training cycle.

My entire week consisted primarily of allot of body buffering, allot of hydro massaging, rest, as much sleep as I could get, being spoiled even more by Melissa, oh yeah and a little and I do mean a little redneck Tim body building! So instead of me boring you with step by step rep of stuff I done each day you can just read what I just wrote, and thats exactly what I did every day.

Remember this sometimes it really pays off not to be a sheep so to speak and think for yourself. Stop trying to be so damn hard core and tough and realize rest and recuperation is just as important as killing yourself week after week. There is a reason I have been competing for 25 years....
