This will be the last time I bench press until we hit openers.
I don't think you guys and girls want to continue reading about me moaning and groaning, bitching and complaining about how much I hurt and how bad my elbows feel.
This is all I have to say about tonight. I hit the weight that I wanted to hit. I got through the work out and now I will rest until the day of openers until I bench again.
