Hamstring hurts, elbows are killing me and im pissed off about it....

I use a ton of leg drive when I bench but luckily my hamstring was not really bothered today from benching.

All of my sets felt solid and smooth. Outside of the fact that my elbows feel like screw drivers are being pushed into them with each rep I take, i sucked it up enough to get through my sets.

I mark today up as a win, considering....
