These shoulders are hanging on by a thread. I'm not kidding. I am doing everything I can to keep them as healthy as possible and not hurt myself any further. Its always something aint it?
I decided to take the higher and smarter road and not bench today. My shoulders just don't need to take another set back so I did some recover stuff and some supplemental work and called it a day....
