So far I am still keeping myself in check on the amount of weight and work load that I am doing for my legs right now. I still am not squatting nor am I dead lifting. I can still feel the discomfort in my back from the compression fracture, but I have to admit its not as painful as it was. So far me being sorta smart is allowing me to heal up. Imagine that...Being smart, rehabbing and resting will let your body get better and heal up, who would have thought it.

When we come out of a deload week we go right at it hitting heavy weights. Not 100% but in the 85-90% range. My lifters have been building up and working real hard the first 6 weeks now its time to put foot to ass and start making these projections and PRs a reality.

Deadlifts were on tap for everyone and of course everyone came with their A game. Its fun to see everyone battle and push each other. I have always said you can have all the equipment in the world but if you don't have the environment or the support system it don't mean nothing, oh yeah and great coaching.
