I have to admit my sumo tuggin is getting better and looking pretty damn good! Now my double overhand on the other hand is not getting better unfortunately. I feel like I am stalled right now. 500 pounds is a definitely a struggle. Not that the weight is heavy just too heavy for my left hand right now to hold at the top. I am not fully ready to commit to turning my left hand back under the bar just yet. That will take me time and confidence to do so. Right now I will just try and continue working on my grip with both hands and just keep plugging away. Its not a race. Its a marathon....
