Well this is the way I see it, if I don't pull a deadlift PR at this meet it sure wasn't from the lack of training from this training cycle.
I have really enjoyed deadlifting this training cycle, everything has felt real good, weights have moved well and my confidence has been high. But at the end of the day, it's what I do at the meet on the platform that matters.
My body is feeling rough, I'm currently sick, and I am hating life right now. I guess this means I am totally ready to do a meet....
