Today was kind of a big day for me, not impressive for most trust me I understand why, but when you suck at this lift the way I do, small successes like these equal big confident boosts for myself.

It may not look like it but I really am trying to lock my technique and form in. Some weeks are better than others just like with any lift. This week of dead lifting equated into a good week.

As time continues to press on I'm still trying to be smart in why I do, how I do and what I do. Unfortunately my body cannot take the beating that I used to give it on a weekly basis. With age comes smarter decisions in listening to ones body. With that being said, tonight punished my ass but the good outweighed the bad. Hopefully as the weeks continue this will be the trend.
