Today like last week I am trying to force some shit to grow, except I'm forcing these triceps and shoulders to grow and not my quads this go around. I have to be very careful in the selection of exercises that I use for my shoulders. Due to me needing immediate surgery on my left shoulder, probably just cortisone shots to my right I am very limited on what I can and can not do.

Now my triceps on the other hand, I'm doing everything I can to make these horse shoes grow in to big boy Clydesdale's horse shoes. I need more lockout power for my bench press and also I know they need to take the brunt of the force for my multiply benching. At this point in my career I'm relying on certain things more due to others failing more so than than I ever have in my life.

Things are looking good though, I am feeling pretty decent. I am staying on top of my rehab, body buffering and rehab more so than ever. Plus my wife does a great job of keeping me fed properly and taking care of my overall health.
