Today would be the last day of this training cycle for me, I don't know if I would exactly call it a training cycle. Maybe more a rehab cycle. I've put in countless hours of rehab, chiro visits, stretching, icing, body buffering, body tempering and all kinds of holistic measures and so far so good.
We will be starting a brand new training cycle for the upcoming IPA Worlds Championship in Gatlenburg Tenn. Now that I am feeling better or I should say somewhat better. I will join in on this training cycle and test the waters. its time to see how a squat bar feels on my back and how a dead lift bar feels in my hands again. Its tough being on the side lines being injured but its sucks even more not being able to train.
