I snuck in today after a few days of resting and keeping away from everyone. This was my "light" week this week anyway for legs so I hit it real fast and got out.

My knees are feeling ok. I just have to be easy and train smart and not over do it. I feel as if I am kicking this flu. I hope to be able to amp everything back up next week. This meet is getting close....
