Raw dogg tonight! My back is finally easing up and starting to feel normal again. I pulled against bands tonight but kept it light and only for singles.

I was happy with this pull. Raw, easy, bad back and all. In a few more weeks I will start up a raw training cycle and test my boundaries of what might be possible and start looking at a raw full power meet possibly....
