Squat and bench day were skipped this week since we were moving CTX to a new location. After 9 hours on Saturday and another 6 on Monday of moving stuff my whole body hurt and I had no desire to lift anything. My hat is off to those that can do those kind of jobs and still train week in and week out. Ya'll are badass.
