I feel as if I am coming out of my flu funk finally. I have lost around 8 pounds. Its a struggle already for me to maintain my body weight at or around 300ish pounds. This will BE tough to get back on in a short period of time before this meet. Even at my age my metabolism is still very high, so gaining weight is very tough for me. Time to eat like crazy!

This is my "light" week for lower body, so I just stick to supplemental training to keep my old knees and back fresh.
