It always seems when things are going right something is dying to go wrong. My left hamstring, the one that I have hurt, torn and injured the past ten years is now somehow injured again. The hamstring is not torn and from people that know more than myself that are helping me with it said that it sounds like it is either strained or over stretched at the attachment under my glute. Melissa is doing a ton of ice, heat, body buffering, but the dull pain still exists.

It doesn't really hurt me squatting or benching, only when I bend over and especially when I bend over to deadlift it feels like a nail is being driven into my ass. So I am going to leave it alone this week and not do anything more stupid than I already have.
