I didn't accomplish everything I wanted today, but all in all it wasn't too bad of a training day. My first reps are still excruciatingly slow and difficult only to have my second and third reps nearly fly up in comparison. I've got some ideas to fix this and will try to implement them over the next few weeks.

I also wanted to say "Thank You" to Wilson for hanging around at OBB today to help me out and keep me company. He's a damn good guy for having done so.
