First time deadlifting "heavy" since tweaking my back a few weeks ago. It felt a little off and uncomfortable, but it wasn't painful and I know where I stand.
Schwab and I have spoke some and I've decided to run the M2 Method with Schwab's guidance as I prepare for my meet. We may need to make adjustments along the way, but hopefully not many.
