I was desperately needing to get in some extra upper body training due to the fact I have been sick and my training has been limited as of late. So I went in today and hit it hard.

I got some injections in both of my shoulders this week in hopes of it helping calm shit down and lesson the constant pain I have in both of them on a 24 hour a day basis. In the past this has been very effective but as things have gotten worse I doubt it will help much but we shall see.

Yes, stupidity and goals are still driving me....
