I have been crazy busy the last few days and crazy lazy. During this past weekend we worked down at my Dads house mowing, weed eating, trimming bushes and trees, cleaning up around the property and tons of other things. Its hard doing these sort of things now. Not seeing my Dad when I come to HIS house or HAVING him outside with me working and us just shooting the shit. I miss him....
Meet preparation is coming to an end for myself and my Team. We are less than 2 weeks out from 8 of my lifters competing in The IPA Battle of The Beasts at The Flex Lewis Classic. I am super excited about the event itself plus my Team is looking to do some big things at this meet. I have changed some things up this training cycle but also kept to my nuts and bolts of the program. The small changing I hope will yield huge outcomes. We will see.
Today was some medium weight pulling against doubled minis for singles. I was happy with today and my progress this training cycle all the way around. Next training cycle will be my final preparation for my next meet at the end of this year and going after a couple of numbers I want really bad....
