Well I am slowly coming out of my sick flu fog. I'm not 100 but better than I was. I have lost a few pounds as well.
Tonight still went as planned. We dropped to our final band tonight for our reverse band training cycle on squats (remember this should be the green mini bands this final week but due to me getting started a week later than I should have this training cycle for squats, this is why I using the orange bands).
Overall I think the weight felt light and moved fast under the circumstances. Hopefully I can regain my composure and get my weight back up and get ready for this meet. I have some things I need to get done there!
