  2. DB Split Lunge up to 75 x8
  3. Leg press up to 8 plates each side (speed) x 12
  4. Swiss Ball leg curl 3x65
  5. Ab work

****still out of breathe from higher reps.  Taking time to get back in shape**** TUESDAY. roll out

  1. BB strict mil press 225 x 8
  2. 55%Incline up to 130 x 12 (speed)
  3. Chest supported Row up to 5 plates x 10
  4. Scarecrows 5 x 10 heavy
  5. Ab roller

  1. Deficit Beltless Deads (rawwwwww) up to 550 x 5
  2. Walking safety squat lunge 5 trips with weight
  3. Rack Pulls up to 500 x 12
  4. abs

****felt good not wearing a belt felt better than I thought it would. I also pull sumo so pulling conventional and on a plate was diff**** FRIDAY. roll out

  1. Floor press up to 405x8
  2. DB Press Flat up to 150 x12 light easy
  3. pull ups 5 x fail (5-8 reps)
  4. Strap push ups x75
  5. biceps/abs
