weekend things

I'm going to go at least another week without barbell work but my body is rebelling about the lack of training. My hamstrings are sore and aching, my knees are popping when I go up the stairs and my hips just want to remain motionless. This is probably the combination of age and dramatically reduced supplements. Hopefully, a little movement will help loosen things up.



leg press - empty sled - split unilateral work

4 sets of 20 reps


stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

50's for 4 sets of 8 reps


inverse curl machine

135 pounds of assistance for 3 sets of 10 reps


hanging leg raises

3 sets of 12 reps



dumbbell bench

worked up to 115's for a set of 10 reps


chest supported rows

140 for 5 sets of 8 reps


Arnold press

35's for 4 sets of 8 reps
