Some beltless snatch Grip pulls from yesterday. Really having a hard time battling the dehydration aspect of training in a gym with no AC paired with my sessions being close to 3 hours long currently. The volume, with my movement prep, with my mouth is killing me. No matter what I do in terms of electrolyte replacement, I feel as though i'm fighting an uphill battle. . . I can't believe we are less than 4 weeks out from Boss of Bosses 6 @bossbarbellclub but I am thrilled to be there! As more people are confirmed to be attending, and after watching the results from the Tribute yesterday, the uphill battle doesn't seem to be on as much of an incline. I started this year at the bottom, and I might not end up at the top, but i'll end as close to it as I can be. . . @garrettfear @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching

Some good eessions filled with squats, bench, and pulling. After this weekend I will switching priority to all comp movements and it will get nasty. I'm both excited and nervous, but that's how things should be, so we'll see!

I am hoping to get closer and closer to a PR total in these last few weeks and want to make everything as clean as it should be.
