I spent most of my time at the gym today helping my girlfriend, Jessica, and the other girls who are getting ready for the womans pro am. They are a few weeks out and today was their last heavy training session. It was a good day and it should be a good meet.

I did a little deadlifting and some power squats. I got in a few sets of each but nothing more than some blood movement.

 

Sunday 03.31.19

I decided to put on my Metal M Bench shirt . Its a single ply shirt I like to use in training. It helps to reacclimate to the pressure of a shirt , move more bar weight and work the groove of a shirt without having to handle larger weights.

I worked up to 410 for 4 sets of 3 reps

 

dumbbell rows

70 for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

worked up to 2 plates per side for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

barbell curls

empty bar for 3 sets of 15 reps
