Weekend training is fun again

I'm training with Dave, Todd and Joe A. after years of not training as a group and it's very enjoyable. We get work done, push ourselves but talk shit too. To me, this is how training is supposed to be.


box squats - box set 1" above parallel - used SS Yoke bar - raw

worked up to 530 for 15 sets of 2 reps


inverse curl machine

used 2 plates of assistance for 4 sets of 8 reps


back attack

worked up to 4 plates for 3 sets of 8 reps

went to 6 plates but was only able to do 2 reps so did not do any sets with this weight



barbell floor press

worked up to 315 for 5 sets of 3 reps


close grip barbell bench using black shoulder saver pad

worked up to 185 plus 4 mini bands for 1 set of 3 reps


dumbbell rows

did sets of 8 reps working up to 165 for 2 sets



20's for 3 sets of 12 reps
