It was ridiculously hot in London Ohio this weekend and I reduced my intensity because of this. For me, it was already a bit challenging to breathe so I didn't want to overdo things and have a setback because of my ego.

Box squats with SS Yoke bar - box set at parallel - raw

worked up to 5 plates per side for 5 sets of 3 reps

lowered the box 1" and did 2 sets of 3 reps with 3 plates per side

leg press - done unilaterally

5 plates per side for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

seated leg curl

90 for 3 sets of 15 reps

barbell bench against 2 light bands per side (no idea what "weight" is was at the top)

225 for 5 sets of 3 reps

 

dumbbell press

50's for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

standing military press - behind the head

95 for 5 sets of 10 reps
