My weekly training consists of bodybuilding movements. I am in a limbo between training programs. I am having fun with bodybuilding. I am actually putting on some muscle in my arms and back and chest etc... But for the life of me I can't figure out why everything else is getting leaner and more muscular but my stomach is getting fat. And I don't mean I'm getting a gut, I'm getting fat on my sides! Wtf lol, I've never in my life had rolls! Rolls like you could pull me around by them like yo mamma pulling you around by your ear when your in trouble. Its bitter sweet damnit, looks like I'm wearing tanks when I go swimming lol. Cuz my appendages are looking good! What the hell haha.

Monday: Back and Biceps
-3-4 workouts per body part
-4-6 working sets
-Drop sets on final set

Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
-same as Monday

Thursday: Shoulders and Traps
-same as Monday
