After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

 Well I wanted to get in another Tier based training session, and I did, but unfortunately I just don't think this kind of split is going to work out. I just don't have the time to get in good quality sessions like this during the week, as it's digging me a bigger hole. With the gym now open, and people signing up for memberships, training at 9:30pm and getting up for work at 5am is just going to kill me before I make any kind of progress. Back to the drawing board on how I can manage to fit training in with life. To those of you that follow my log, my apologies on an inconsistent log and training. It might be a couple months until it's somewhat stable.
