Here is one of me and Matt Brass. We have been through a lot together. From weddings to divorces to everything in between.

2012 Shane: what do you do for squats? Me: I just go as heavy as I can till I don't feel well, take a week off then do it again. Shane: I'm your coach now. 2016. Still my coach. And now also one of my closest and most valued friends.
