Read an article? A book? Train? Stretch?
I love to powerlift. I love getting on the platform and kicking some ass. As I grow older, and more importantly, my son grows older, I have become more and more passionate about coaching.
The deal is when I coach people is that I become connected to you and your training. I want you to hit your goals as much as you want to hit your goals. The thing is, what did you do to get better today?
Training is such a small piece of success. So much more goes into to it. If you are not putting full effort in to get your self to your goals, why should I put myself into your training to get you to your goals?
If you don't give a shit about yourself, why should I give a shit about you?
Of all the things I teach my clients, being accountable to themselves first is the most important.
I listen to audio books during my drive to a from work to try and better myself and my life. There is no such thing as "finding time" for something. You can can only make time for "it".
Do something today to make yourself better that you were yesterday! Before you know it, you will be the person you wanted to be!
