Of course the weekend I decide that I'm going to get back into the gym it's also the Pittsburgh Marathon. After driving around for 30 minutes, they finally moved the barriers so I wouldn't have to walk, literally, MILES, to the gym. I was frustrated, yet grateful.
First day was arms and honestly if I had any idea what exercises I did, I would list them, but the paper is in my car, SO, you'll just have to wait until next time.
However, can I just add the bodybuilding type training is actually WAY more challenging than regular powerlifting? Bless my soul, this is going to be hard.
