Since the meet I did in December I've been doing raw work and working on overall strength and stability. I love gear and I like training in it but raw training work has its place even for geared lifters.

 

box squats - box set 1" above parallel

worked up to 700 for a single

 

deadlifts with chains

315 for 5 sets of 3 reps

 

hanging leg raises

2 sets of 15 reps

 

I'm really happy with my squat and feel good overall.
