8/10 - Bench Deload

Bench Press - Worked up to 315 for 3x3
Close Grip Bench Press - 275 3x3
Incline DB Bench Press - 4 sets of 8, nice and easy
Purple Band Pushdowns - 100 reps, 1 continuous set

Hit the commercial gym up again to seek refuge from the heat and it worked well again. The migraine from the heat stroke started to diminish by today, but the joint stiffness and brittle feeling still remained. Last workout before the meet, so nothing to do but just invest in my recovery plan and have faith for meet day.
