I switched things up this week. I was supposed to hit my bench opener on Friday giving myself a week of rest. I decided to hit my opener on Wed giving myself more rest. I really needed to have a solid bench session. Most of my shirted days have been horeshit so I needed a good night. For the most part I had a great shirted night and even squeaked out a board PR too.
