Block 8, Wave 1 - BP

Looks like my schedule for the remainder of this semester will be an ever-changing whirlwind controlled by the man the myth, the legend himself, Mr. Murphy.  By this point though, it is just SOP so I will continue to always have a backup plan(s).  Today the change was starting class 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled so no late AM training.  I rocked it out after classes finished for the day though because I need to get two days in early in the week due to an exam and practical at the end of the week and a competition this weekend.

My ability to grind out a 5+ second rep is becoming alarmingly strong.  I need to remember to get more video just to marvel at my own awfulness.  Regardless though, this was better than I was expecting the day after training events and after my forced hunger strike over the weekend.

I wasn't sure how lateral raises would feel since last time I was doing them it took a couple warmup sets for my shoulders not to hurt, but clearing up my elbow issues seems to have gotten rid of that problem as well.  I do love it when a plan comes together.
