I think the yoke walks are helping already. The reason I say this is because carrying the weight requires my stabilizers for fire repeatedly in order to keep tight enough not to have to set it down.  After just one week I felt I was able to get tighter on the squat.

I actually measured the distance I carry it and one trip is 90 feet. I didn't think it was that far but the tape measure doesn't lie.

hung for 60 seconds up for 120 seconds - 3 sets

 

The yoke won! It had me exhausted and I couldn't do anything else.
