Block 1 , Week 5, Day 1 - ME DL/SQ

I am switching up my OH/BP and DL/SQ gym days starting this week because it gives me better recovery and is closer to my ideal training split.

2x330/10xBW minus micro - Rolling down my forearms on the zerchers

---/10xBW - Skipped the last down set of zerchers because they were really starting to piss me off.

Paused RFE Split Squats/3 Way Hypers/GHR Crunches

3x{10ea x BW/15ea x BW/15xBW}

My salty mood from zerchers continued to decline on my supplemental and assistance work so I stopped training here because I was in a foul mood which for me is a great way to do something dumb and hurt myself.
