I got up today NOT feeling it. I really wanted to return to bed and sleep for another hour. But then how could I roll into a day when I knew I had to fire up quite a few people? NO! Discipline took over for my lack of motivation.

I HAD to be driven to accomplish the goals and objectives of today.

So UP I got, strapped on the helmet, put the mouthpiece in, and got busy.

Now I'm not going to tell you that I got all fired up and fuzzy feelings and feel fanfuckingtastic...But I DO feel accomplished and not horrible because I missed one or took the easy way out.

Sometimes you need to bite the bullet and do what you can and don't worry about what you can't.

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 10 mins legs only/10 mins arms and legs/10 mins arms only

Cycle: Commute

Dynamic Deadlift: 20x1...focus on ripping the weight off the ground. Get it light first and then explode throughout the range of motion. Hip into the bar like you mean it!

Reverse Hyper: 3x10

Ab Wheel: 4x10

12" Box Step up: 100 reps on each leg. If you need to break it up into sets then fine. A couple of us did all 100 on one leg and then switched to the other. Focus on squeezing the glute hard at full contraction. Get a rhythm and stay with it. Drive off of the top foot only. Graze the floor and squeeze up hard and ballistic.
