I've heard the "I don't have time" excuse for years. So I figured this out for one of my participants to see whether or not they really didn't have time. Here's what we found...

24 hours per day x 7 days= 168 hours per week

Let's say you sleep 7 hours per night x 7 nights = 49 hours of sleep per week leaving 119 hours.

No one works an 8-hour day anymore, so let's allow for that extra time we put in that we aren't compensated for. Let's say 12 hours per day x 5 days is another 60 hours from the 119 which leaves us with 59 hours.

Now we'll take an hour per meal to eat (which we normally do in about 20 minutes) 3 meals per day x 7 days=21 hours from the 59 now leaves us, 38 hours

My program is five days per week, consuming roughly an hour each day so that's 38-5 which gives that person 33 hours to do whatever the fuck they want.

So don't use "I don't have time" as an excuse anymore! YOU have time!!! You're just being lazy.
