I absolutely love Physically Educating people. Along with the large variety of people that I see daily, there are TWO that I have a BLAST with:
My wife, April and my son, Hunter.
When the combination of Hunter having off from school and April needing to go IN to the office (she sometimes works from home) then the H-man invests a lot of time with me at my "office".
Here he is going through his pull up hell, working the 5 hand positions of the Monkey attachment and bashing 20 reps TWO times.
and he is put to WORK holding boards for our Three Board Bench Press and "Big Bro" Ryan "Bama-r" (yes Mayor Rhodes, I know it's another Crimson Tide reference and YES, you did smoke my LSU Tigers ...again!)
Close Stance Low Box Squat:
Box height was 10 inches and the stance was feet under the lungs. Using the EliteFTS SS Yoke Bar, work up to what feels quite heavy for 3 reps.
Rest for about 3 minutes and then do FIVE reps with the same weight.
GHR:
3x8xBody Wt.
2x5x 20 lbs med ball
Back Raises:
100 reps.
That's it.
