  2. Rope Tri Pushdown
  3. DB Curl
  4. DB Supine Tri Extension
  5. DB Hammer Curl
  6. Dips
  7. Reverse Grip Curl
  8. Tricep Kick Back
  9. Single Arm Banded Curl
  10. Single Arm Banded Overhead Tri Ext

Bike Commute: 39 mins.  The trail was closed so I had to re-route.  Man o man the local drivers SUCK at that skill.
