In a situation where your fitness level is not where you want it to be and your negative thoughts are getting the best of you, you have a choice. Run: 3.1 miles  easy

Tier I

1.  BB Curl

2.  Cable Tricep Push Down

3.  DB Curl

4.  DB Supine Tricep Extension

5.  DB Hammer Curl

6.  C/S Tricep Kick Back

7.  Preacher Curl

8.  Skull Crusher

9.  Reverse Grip Curl

10. Side of the Bench Dips

All ten exercises are 5x20 reps with a weight that is light enough to get all the reps.

You can super set odd and even numbers

1000 total reps.

 

Tier II:

Pull ups: 333 reps

Dips: 333 reps

Chin ups: 334 reps

using a band to assist the reps so each time you do a set the number can be around 40-50 reps.

Total=1000 reps
