I have counted quite a few "Cherry Pickers" in my program.

I schedule things out on a yearly plan and then narrow it down for most of the people that train with me to fit both their needs and my training expectations monthly.

I tend to lock in on the daily training depending on the "flow" in my gym.  Sometimes I share the space with my partner of over a decade so I plan out what we are doing daily to not interfere with his people.

Wednesday is normally a Conditioning day and I flavor it with ARMS as of recent.  Very few like to condition as they deem it "boring", but LOVE pumping the guns up.

Yesterday was an all-out conditioning day with no frills.  The attendance reflected that too.

Seems the word got out and those that hate getting their hearts popped chose to opt-out and not attend.

Well...ya see here???  It's called Strength AND Conditioning for a reason.  If you pick and choose what you want to do and not do what you NEED to, then your improvement will be slow if at all.

So today, I banged BOTH and this workout took MOST on the average of 90 minutes.

Here's the kicker...No one was allowed to jump the sequence.  If you didn't finish???  You didn't finish!  No arms for you!!!
