After yesterday's recovery, I felt good enough to open the gym and get people trained. Although I kept everyone at a distance and isolated myself when I trained. I made sure to swab the equipment that I used and didn't cough, sneeze or even BREATHE on the next person.
My coaching style was all verbal and NOTHING tactile.
My issue today was that I am a very physical person. I like to slap backsides and hug people. That was totally OUT of the protocol today. I still don't want to risk anyone coming down with any of the symptoms that I have just before Christmas.
The other thing that I forgot to address was to let people know that I was in fact IN the gym. Attendance was quite sparse today. (But I secretly think that it might be better off giving me two days). We'll see how the rest of the week pans out.
But as far as I'm concerned...LET's TRAIN!!!

DB Chest Press: 4x10
Cable Fly: 4x15
Blast Strap Push-ups: 4x15
DB Supine Tricep Extension: 4x15
Mini Band Push-down: 100 reps each arm
Ab Crunch: 100 reps
