--Trained this AM --Did boxing line drills and incorporated head movement (these are fatiguing as all get out) Conditioning wise I feel in my best "condition" ever as an adult --Swings 8 sets of 12 (kept weight moderate)I am being careful with deadlifts with all the twisting boxing---my deadlifts feel scar explosive in a good way BUT at this point the swings feel better from a longevity point. --Band Rows-5 sets of 15,12,10,8,6 -Landmines & neck work Great workout---feeling very healthy!
